Today

Today, I woke up at 9:00 am , to go with my mother and my sister to bye bag for the school, first we went to my mother's university and then to our kindergarten , I met my teacher when I was there, and they remember me, so I was so happy for that. I took picture , and I will put it in my blog soon, to see my kindergarten before and after. After we finished our visit to my kindergarten we went to buy bag, we bought two nice bags for me and for Najma..
When we went back to our home, we were hungry and when the lunch was prepared, my mother's mobile rang, our telephone rang, so my father was talking on the phone, my mother was talking on the mobile, while we were sitting to have our lunch. Finally we ate our lunch, and it was rely delicious food..

نويت اليوم ان اكتب موضوعا باللغة العربي, وسارى ان استوحى على اهتمامكم ام لا.ساكتب ما جرى اليوم معي لحد الان.
استيقظت في الساعة السادسة الا ربع على صوت بكاء آية ابنت اختي التي تبلغ من العمر ال27 يوما, قمت باداء صلاة الصبح جماعة مع والدتي ثم اويت الى سريري ثانية , واستيقظت على صوت طلقات نارية, حاولت تجاهلها والعودة للنوم ولكن ما من فائدة , على الاقل انا لم استيقظ على صوت الانفجار الذي كان امام جامع النبي يونس في الموصل,المهم تناولت فطوري مع ابنة خالي الصغيرة التي كانت تروي لنا قصة الفأرة و الصرصور وكان موضوعا مناسبا جدا للطعام وفاتحا للشهية, بعد ان انهينا تناول الفطور جلست على الحاسبة لكتابة الموضوع ولاكن اختي جعلتني اقوم لانه الوقت المخصص لها بالجلوس . وعندما حان وقتي انطفأ الكهرباء , وعندما حان وقتها مرة ثانية علقت المولدة ( ياله من حظ) بعد ذلك جاءت خالتي وذهبنا الى الكازينو لتناول الطعام, استمتعنا هناك حيث الجلوس على حافة الشط وكما اننا كنا العائلة الوحيدة هناك فأخذنا حريتنا, تناولنا الكباب وشربنا الشاي وعدنا الى منزلنا , جاءت ابنت خالتي عندنا وهي تبلغ من العمر السبع سنوات, بعد قليل ستأتي ابنةخالي التي تبلغ ال4 سنوات والتي تتكلم بالغة العربية الفصحة من كثر مشاهدتها لافلام الكارتون , وكذلك سياتي ابن عمي الذي يبلغ السبع سنوات , بالاضافة انه توجد اية , ما اقصده ان بيتنا سصبح روضة اطفال بعد قليل, من الافضل الان ان انهي كتابة الموضوع و آخذ قسطا من الراحة قبل ان ياتي الاطفال:) ....

yesterday, I and my family went to the north of Iraq, and we took many pictures, this picture is one of them , it is Bakhal's waterfall's picture, it is realy nice place to the people who love have fun in their invitation.waked up at 7 o'clock, and our trip was began at 8 o'clock in the morning, we visit plenty of places like: Seebah's waterfall,Bakhal, Gail Ali Bak, and aqraa, I bought a traditional curdish hat, and I will remember this journey in all my life, I saw docks and a beautiful white dog, so we went back to our house at 7 o'clock, and we were realy tired therefor we went to our bed at 11 o'clock..

Aya in her bed.... 

Today

In the morning, Dad went to the hospital and mam to the university, and me, Najma ,my sister and, aya stayed home. We woke up at 11 when Aya started to cry and without a stop. At 12, I began to prepare our lunch and tried to do some thing to stop Aya's crying. My mother came after that and took Aya from me, And started to sing her Aya's song.

My sister was so worried because her husband might come to mosul today or tomorrow, and there was plenty of bombing in Mosul and Baghdad, at1 o'clock, her husband called her and told her that he is in Mosul now, so she started to prepare to go with Aya to their home :(
My dad called and told us that he will be late because there was bombing in the streets and the streets are crowded.
We heard in the TV about the killing of one of Al-arabeya's team, And We watched him before he died in the TV . Now, My mother's friend came to our house because she couldn't get to her house because of the crowded streets.

So after all these news I will try to not be sad, But the good news that my uncle will come to Mousl in some days, And he will stay with his family in our home"in shallah", I hope we'll have a good time with him and his family.

mosul

mosul is my country, It lies in the north of iraq, The distance between baghdad and mosul about 396 km in the north,Mosul the history city build up above Nenavah fragments, It is the bigger city in the north of Iraq , And third city in Iraq.
Arabs are the people who live in Mosul. and The history of Mosul return to 10080 years b.c.,when the ashurian make it their capital.and build enclosure around it.

This is Al-kaaba's picture, Every one love to go some where, about me and the other muslim, this place is our dream to go,I hope my dream will come true, and I ask god to go to maka before I die.

this is aya, my sister's daughter, she was born in 9-1-2004, I love this baby who doesn't let me sleep..nice baby, ha?? 

today I waked up at 9:00 am, when my sister called : hnk, najma , it's nine o'clock,you should wake up, We will go out at nine o'clock.....aaaaaaaah, thanks god it's stop doing this, I waked up and went to the kitchen and ate my breakfast with my sister and my mother, then I went upstair to told Najma "she should wake up now" thanks god , she didn't shouting, so I chanched my clothes quickly, and went to open the door, I saw two children playing , I rememberd my self when I was in their age, what a beutiful days we lived.
We went and visited hair dresser and all the woman's talks was about the boombs ,about the game which we lose yesterday. I felt so sorry yesterday that we lose. After that We went to the shop and bought something, Najma whanted to bye pringles but I saw it made in USA not in the arabian land , So why We bye some thing made in USA , We don't have to bye??.
in our trip when we went back to our house We saw 2 camels !!!! :) that's great, I told the pepoles today, I had never seen the camel in my life, and there is it, I saw white butter fly in our garden, I feel now I am luky today, in spite of all thing good that they happend today, I have a wish, I should tell you it, I want to tell every body my wish and shout as loud I can,
I want a real freedom, I want a real democracy, I want peace all over Iraq, No fight between Iraqi peoples, No more blood, Our oil for building the new Iraq.

recipie of cream puff

Ingredients puff
1- 1/2 cup oil.
2- 1 cup of flour.
3- 3-4 egg.
4- 1 CUP water
5- 1/4 spoon of salt
6- 1 spoon of vanilla.
Cream:
7 - 8 eggs *yolks only* (number depends on the size of the egg) 1 cup of sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup corn starch
1 liter milk
1 stick (~100 grams) unsalted (sweet) butter
juice of 1 lemon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanila extract (optional)

Directions
Puff Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil water and melt butter in it. When butter is completely melted add flour and stir until dough is consistent (no visible flour left) and transfer to mixing bowl. Add vanila extract (optional). add one egg. using just one beater on a hand mixer (make sure this beater is spinning clockwise) mix in the egg fully (dough should come together). be careful to only stir clockwise (going in a different direction will break up the dough). mix in the remaining eggs *one* at a time. dough should thicken by 3rd or 4th egg. using a table spoon dipped in warm water, place a half spoon full of the dough on a greased cookie sheet.Generally yields between 15 and 20 puffs. don't worry about their shape, they'll rise in the oven. cook for about 45 minutes (or until GBD -- golden/brown/delicious) once done, take them out of the oven and move them around so they don't stick. let them cool completely.

Cream Directions:
Pour most of the milk into a pot that is big enough to hold about twice the milk (milk rises when heated). leave a few grams of the milk in the measuring container (it will be used later to soften the cream base). add sugar to egg yolks, mix completely. add flour and corn starch, mix completely (this process is rather tiring). add lemon juice and vanila extract (optional). mixture may be a bit dry. make it runny with the leftover milk -- stir really well, make sure there are no remaining flour bits. put milk on high heat, and stir constantly -- milk burns. also don't let the mixture sit too long or it will start to separate and dry out, stir that too. when milk is just ready to boil, slowly stir in the mixture. it will begin to thicken within seconds. when it does, take it off the heat, but continue to stir to make everything consistant. cut up the butter into small cubes and stir the cubes in. let stand to cool the cream off and melt the butter. once butter is melted, mix everything to make it consistant. let the whole thing cool off completely. Using a pastry filler (if you don't have one, you can use a small teaspoon instead -- it will just be a bit messy) fill in each puff with the cream. best served cold, some say good with chocolate sauce.

cream puffs ..this is one kind of my favorates sweets, Yesterday, when my mother went to the university, and leave me alone with Najma who was still sleep, and there was no electrisity w, I was thinking what I will cook and surprise my mother,So the first thing came to my mind was cream puff, if you have interistin it, I can send you the recipie... ........ yeah I know I am great women!! 

hello sims fans, some one wrote me a spacial commen, and he didn't tell me her name, he put 2 site of sims,but he didn't teach me how can we exactly use those stuffs in the game..and, Where should I copy them?this is my quesion, any body know how can I do this, plz tell me 0_0 ...
